**Please note you need to fill out the form sent to you to register for the authenticator before resetting your password.
1. Open the web browser on your device and navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.
2. You will be presented with two options, select “I forgot my password” to reset the password.

3. You will be presented with the verification options. Select Text my mobile phone – You will need to enter the phone number that is registered and 6-digit code will be sent for verification.
4. Once you complete the verification steps you will be asked to enter your new password twice. Click Finish to complete the reset.
