Initial School Password Reset Instructions for Students

1. Go to https://mshmsvpn.mssm.edu/my.policy and enter username (Network ID) and password. 



2. If you encounter this pop up, click on Skip Inspection.


3. Enter New Password, Verify Password, and click Continue. Your password has now been successfully changed.


4.  Once you see this screen, this means the password has successfully been changed and you can close the window then use your newly updated password.
