VPN Setup

Multifactor Authentication is now a requirement for student Gmail accounts. Azure MFA is the multifactor tool we use for VPN access. 

Note: After initial onboarding, students will be asked to fill out a form on formstack that will help get you registered by ASCIT.

Please follow the instructions or watch the video below to register your credential to gain access to your student email.

Step 3:

To register Microsoft Authenticator (recommended), Click Next.

To register Phone number, Click on ‘I want to set up a different method’ – shown in red box. Go to Step 9.

Step 8:

Phone\SMS Registration

Select Phone from the drop down menu and Confirm.

Step 9:

Select your country and enter your phone.

Step 10:

You will receive an SMS with a 6 digit code (or called to verify).

Once you enter the 6 digit code and click Next, you will see a successful registration message.

To Delete a device:

To delete a device. Click on ‘Delete’ (to the right of registered device)

To change default sign-in method

Click ‘Change’. Select from the drop-down options.
